Customer Service Representative is an interesting and challenging opportunity for those who are finding happiness to add values to others. Major responsibilities include:
• Feedback promptly to customer inquiries in English in professional manner (Phone, email)
• Speaking on the phone (In bound & Out bound calls)
• Following-up customer inquiry
• Finding the answers/solutions to customer queries/issues
• Handle and resolve customer complaints if any.
• Managing customer information; maintaining customer records by updating account information.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal, external departments
• Managing effectively large amounts of incoming calls/emails

Experience required:
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality is preferable.
• BA degree in Office Administration, Foreign language, Hospitality or related fields.
Competencies/ Skills:
• Having great customer service mind set is a must.
• Excellent communication skill
• Having ability to work under high pressure and ability to generate ideas.
• Being a strong team player with Can-do attitude and Adaptability mind set.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
• English with efficient level
